Gin has got a fantastic unique voice who's sound had be described as something of a mash up of Neil Young, Blondie and Macy Gray.
Gin grew up in Auckland spending her adolescence teaching herself the guitar and scribbling down note books full of lyrics.
It was when Gin's sister returned from London bringing a copy of Davids Gray's White Ladder in tow that Gin had a revelation
