In the background you can hear a constant beat like a metronome, and over four beats you have to hit a sequence of drums (triangle, square, cross and circle are all different drums) which tell the Patapon different commands. Move forward, attack, defend, flee etc. After you enter your drum beat, the next four beats show your army carrying out that action while singing and dancing to it. The singing and dancing alone makes this game awesome. The sound is very tribal, and the look of the Patapon is cute. |
