Dayna and her 'lovely assistant' Jordan show us how to make a delicious top notch Banana Berry Smoothie! ...mmm...

Here's what you'll need -

Ingredients:
2 Bananas
1 Cup of Berries
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Cups of Milk
1 Cup of Yoghurt (Natural)

Method:

1. Peel the bananas and break them up. Put them into the blender.
2. Measure the berries into a cup and pour them into the blender
3. Measure out 2 cups of milk, and 1 cup of yoghurt, add these into blender.
4. Add a tablespoon of honey
5. Close lid on the blender and blend it all up!!!
6. Pour the smoothie mixture into glasses, serve and enjoy. :)
