You agree not to submit, post or otherwise transmit such material, or any content which could be detrimental in any way to the-hub.tv website. Submission of such material is considered an abuse of membership.

10. Termination
This section describes the various reasons for account termination on the-hub.tv.

10-A. Termination for Any Reason
The-hub.tv reserves the right to restrict or outright deny access to the site to any Member, including Members who have accessed the site in the past at any time. The-hub.tv may terminate services with or without cause at any time, without prior notice or warning, and effective immediately upon termination.

10-B. Termination for Impersonation
Members found to be impersonating Taylormade staff, 'Studio 2' staff and guests, or the-hub.tv moderators and administrators in any way may have their accounts terminated without prior notice or warning.

10-C. Termination for Harassment
Harassment of others, by any means within the-hub.tv is strictly prohibited, will not be tolerated and may result in account termination without prior notice or warning.

10-D. Termination for Spam
Spam is bulk unsolicited email or public message postings. The act of referencing the-hub.tv for Spam, or sending Spam to the-hub.tv is strictly prohibited, will not be tolerated and may result in account termination without prior notice or warning.

10-E. Termination for Innacurate Personal Information
Members found to have provided incorrect or innacurate personal information when signing up for or editing their the-hub.tv Member account may have their account terminated without prior notice or warning. Personal information in the Sign Up and account details editing area is required and must be correct, verifiable and accurate. The-hub.tv may, at it's sole discretion, request verification of personal information as provided by the Member to the-hub.tv's online account creation and editing forms. Failure to comply with a verification request in a timely manner, as determined by the-hub.tv, may result in account termination without prior notice or warning.

10-F. Termination for Abuse or Assisted Abuse of Membership
Members found to be abusing their membership in any way AND/OR members found to be assisting other members in abusing their membership may have their account terminated without prior notice or warning .

10-G. Termination by Membership Cancellation
